Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the issues associated with the connection of renewable energy sources to the power grid. Rules connecting generation sources in the article refer to virtually any renewable source, for which the final product is electricity. The article analysed recent changes in the Energy Law in Poland in terms of micro-and small installations and the impact of these changes on the grid connection process.
