General Assembly of the Frontsh1p Project
On June 13-14, we met with the partners of the Frontsh1p Project in Leeuwarden in the province of Friesland (Netherlands). The host of the General Meeting shared with us experiences in the field of building an environmentally aware society and implementing the assumptions of the circular approach.
On the first day, there was a plenary presentation for each of the work packages. Next, we participated in workshops on circular plastics and were participants in a focus group, where the theme was Regional Replication Strategies.
On the second day, Pro-Akademia was the moderator of the discussion in the World Cafe formula. Groups of participants in each session were supposed to play the role of:
- entrepreneurs
- employee of a company
- housewife or houseman
- local authorities
- scientist
They were required to provide local authorities with their expectations regarding the Circularity Governance Model and Circular Economy Action Plan to be prepared.
The ideas of World Cafe participants surpassed our expectations.
